Our Promise

We want every pup — and every human — to be thrilled with our dog treats. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Because our treats are perishable food items, returns are limited to specific situations:

The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
The package is unopened, unused, and in its original condition

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. We may ask for photos to help assess the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

We offer refunds for:

Damaged or defective items
Incorrect items sent
Orders lost in transit (after verification)

We do not offer refunds for:

Opened or partially used treats
Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Change‑of‑mind requests for perishable goods

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we’re happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.
