Processing Times
We work hard to get your pup’s snacks out the door quickly. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
If we experience unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you informed.
Shipping Within Australia
Snappy Snacks currently ships Australia‑wide.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery windows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your Snappy Snacks all the way to your doorstep.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We want every pup to receive their snacks safely.
As our treats are a dehydrated product, they can naturally be more brittle and may experience some breakage during transport. This does not affect the quality or safety of the product.
We will assist with replacements or claims if:
- Your package arrives severely damaged
- Your order is lost in transit
- You received the wrong item
We are not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered but not found
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
